TECHNICAL SUPPORT

At Theatre Support Systems we offer a number of ways to get the most out of your ticketing product. The following is a list support options and a basic price structure.

PHONE SUPPORT

Sixty days of support is included in the purchase price of Center Stage Wintix Software. Updates to Center Stage Software programs and manuals are free and always available from www.centerstage.com. There are also user groups which are a valuable source for technical help. Support calls required for isolation and correction of any program bug continues to be done at no charge to our customers.

ANNUAL SERVICE AGRREMENT

(After 60 days of purchase)

Wintix / Tixsales $400.00 per year
Wintixpro / Tixpro $650.00 per year
Webtix (internet version) $1,000.00 per year

Annual agreement may be ordered via mail or telephone. Payment by check and credit card is accepted. Make Checks payable to Theatre Support Systems, Inc.

PER INCIDENT SUPPORT:

(After 60 days from purchase with no Service Agreement in place) Payment is charged to credit card at time of call. $2.00 per minute with a 10 minute minimum.

SCOPE OF SUPPORT:

Support includes personalized telephone help for both general and specific questions and issues encompassing all aspects of Center Stage Software Products: Assistance for such tasks as setup of ticket, label, and report printers, ticket design, custom reports is included. Topics also include training in box office management, accounting procedures, season ticketing, and security. Help with installation and operation of Center Stage Software product on computer networks is also available.

Center Stage Software has arranged for Theatre Support Systems to provide all technical support. Support may be reached by calling 407-359-1693 between the hours of 9:00 am and 9:00pm Eastern Time.
