Wintix & Tixsales box-office Software

Wintix/Tixsales was developed by Center Stage Software of California, who has been in the ticketing software business for over fifteen years with over 1,000 installed systems nationwide.

Cash drawer support is built right in with ten different payment plans and up to 48 different price codes to give you the power to customize Wintix/Tixsales to suit your specific needs. It also includes two calendars: regular and HTML. And, all of your customers' sales transaction history, including donations, are always at your fingertips.

Wintix/Tixsales will function with your existing hardware - provided it is PC compatible and at least a Pentium processor with 16 megs of available memory. Both thermal and dot matrix printers are supported for ticket, label, and report printing.

Wintix/Tixsales is sold on a license-per-venue basis. You are licensed to use it in one venue. There are no additional per station fees, regardless of how many terminals/workstations are connected within that venue.

Networking of the workstations is accomplished via any standard networking package - such as Microsoft Windows 95/98/2000/XP Pro, Novell, or LANtastic. Remote sales and ticket printing via standard software (such as PC Anywhere) is also supported ... with no additional ticketing system licensing fees.

Installation is simple and phone technical support is free for 60 days. Thereafter, support is available through a yearly support contract or on a per incident basis. Please click here to find out more about installation and training.

Wintix/Tixsales is available for use with  Microsoft Windows versions 95, 98, 2000, and XP Pro. Providing a friendly menu driven design allowing you to access a plethora of the programs functions easily. More importantly, your customer and show data from other ticketing systems can be readily imported into Wintix/Tixsales. Wintix/Tixsales also supports various word-processing and database programs for use in generating season renewals, invoices and letters as well as other mail out options.

Cost...

Wintix software is Windows oriented and costs $995, $2500, or $5000 per venue. The $995 version is the basic program that will be more than sufficient for most theatres. The $2500 system includes multiple charts per performance and domains to provide additional controls with password functions. The $5000 version has multiple charts, domains, more detailed reports and accounting functions, which are excellent for group sales. This version is also designed to interface with on-line ticketing programs such as Center Stage's Webtix.

Installation & Training...

Customized on site installation and training is available through Theatre Support Systems. We will come to your venue and set up the complete system and train your staff. This is very beneficial in more complex situations that utilize the advanced features the system offers.

File Conversion...

Customer file conversion from your current program is charged at $40 per hour, if done at our office rather than on-site. This same rate applies to conversion of other data if you have an existing system you wish to replace. Most systems can be converted in 4 hours or less.

Seating Charts...

Initial seating chart design is free up to 1000 seats. Larger charts are charged .05¢ per seat.
